A Plus Personal Training A Plus Personal Training, founded by April Derr, is located near Allentown, Pennsylvania. April is an ACE certified personal trainer who specializes in helping teens, the elderly, and first responders lead a healthy lifestyle. April is also a nationally registered paramedic and volunteers with the Burlington County Animal Alliance.

EMS Impact EMS Impact is a fitness program offered exclusively for Emergency Medical Services Providers of all ranks, and is offered by A Plus Personal Training. EMS Impact is available to squads with five or more participants. The program lasts three months and includes: physical fitness and readiness assessment, three weekly group training sessions, three individual counseling sessions, unlimited email support, no additional charge for telephone support, and the support of fellow EMS Providers following the program!
